This is the project to modernize the Municipal Land Heritage Inventory, it is the result of collaboration between the Department of Culture and Heritage of the Coín City Council and the Planning and Modernization Service of the Collection Board of the Malaga Provincial Council.
It falls within the measures adopted by both administrations in order to face the current challenges in terms of Electronic Administration.
This project aims to lay the methodological foundations and technical foundations that allow these Town Halls to adopt this technology and benefit from the developments made.
It is based on the use of a Geographic Information System (GIS) as the main support for the preparation of the Inventory of Municipal Land Heritage in accordance with the provisions of article 104 of the Regulation of Assets of Local Entities of Andalusia (DECREE 18/2006 of January 24).
The GIS has been used as support to host and manage both the Inventory itself and the different complementary elements that make it up (photographs, plans, orthophotos, deeds, minutes, etc.).
